Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person,
who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity
are attributable to.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days and begins on the day on which you or a person other than the deliverer designated by you receives the goods. If you order multiple goods that are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which the last goods come into your possession or into the possession of a person designated by you.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, FYARE SYSTEMS GmbH, De Belln 21, 25866 Mildstedt, by telephone at 0800 9000 933 or by email to support@fyare.com, of your withdrawal by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery method). The reimbursement will be made promptly, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunding until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after your notification of cancellation. Please use the enclosed return label for this purpose. The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods
which was not necessary to check its nature, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production is carried out by an individual
choice or specification of the consumer or which clearly meets the personal needs of the consumer
tailored to your needs.

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings and computer software, provided that these were delivered in sealed packaging and the seal was removed after delivery.

Important NOTE

Please take care not to damage or soil the goods. Ideally, please return the goods in their original packaging.
Return the product, including all accessories and packaging. If necessary, use protective packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the product is adequately protected against transport damage in suitable packaging.

We ask that you please return the goods freight collect if possible. However, this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Please complete the following form completely and enclose it with your return. Incomplete information may result in delays in processing your return. FYARE SYSTEMS does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
